Delivery in Kuwait
We deliver orders in Kuwait using our company fleet and, from time to time, specialist delivery companies.
Delivery time
Our current standard delivery options are 24–48 hours. Delivery service hours are 11 AM–11 PM. Select the delivery option applicable to your address at checkout.
Delivery fees
- Hawalli standard delivery: KD 1 for orders below KD 25.
- Standard delivery to other eligible areas: KD 2 for orders below KD 25.
- Free standard delivery is available for eligible orders of KD 25 or more where that option is offered at checkout.
- Special-area delivery options for Sabah Al Ahmad, Umm Al Hayman, Wafra and Mutla are KD 5. Delivery to Al Khiran is KD 5 under our regional delivery policy. Select the service for your actual area; confirm any regional exception with us before ordering.
The applicable delivery charge is added to the order total. Available services and fees are shown at checkout. We will contact you before delivery.
Receiving your order
If you are not present at the specified address, we may hand the order to a person present there and obtain their electronic signature or signature on the invoice. A signature by a person at that address is treated as receipt of the items on the invoice.
If we reach the address you supplied but cannot hand over the order, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery appointment. The company is not responsible for an order that remains undelivered for 30 days from the order date.
