Wish of Love" is a new publication of beautiful, unique and honest poems by Sheikha Omniya Abdullah Mubarak Al-Sabah. It represents her first foray into poetic writing, as well expressing her attachment to colours. This first edition is written in English and is approximately ninety pages long, consisting of thirty-six poems classified into the following six chapters: love; dreams of love; beyond love; and finally, love for the country.

Each poem is accompanied by one of her own vividly-coloured expressions of creativity. Sheikha Omniya's poems are marked by their dreams of and attachment to love in all its forms and details, with the words flowing effortlessly and expressing the pinnacle of emotion. She was not satisfied with only addressing loved ones as her feelings were also directed at life, motherhood and country. Her words of dreams and hopes were released into the world as a flock of doves into the sky.
